Hmm, my ADSL line speed changed?

hmmm... these days i recognised that my dl speed is really slow, i thought it's cos of all fixing and errors and apple update blah blah blah~
only until recently, i cant take it anymore, so i checked my route.. and this is the speed shows.

Downstream 1263800

this is what i had before:

any idea how this happened? storm? rain? router?
cos apprently my pc got hit by lightning 2 weeks ago, so my network card bombed, i had to use one of he cheap wireless adapter to use wifi..

i really dunno what's the issue? is this temporary? so somehow my line just go chopped down to 1mb?
ff, i paid for open webs uncapped gold 4mb line.. it's R790 per month :/
