Operators including Telkom, MTN and Sentech have questioned the validity of telecommunications regulator Icasa making new regulations around interconnection in the face of imminent new legislation that will overhaul the face of the telecoms industry.

Yeah all three of them cahoots in defrauding the nation and would love to stretch it as far as possible not forgetting Telkom WILL! introduce their common time stalling tactics of legel challenges and disputes. The last kicks of the Monopolistic pigs

mnn, just take the cable back, bring a world of regulation hurt on these bastards and fight the legal battles later.

maybe start reviewing the licenses while they are at it.

The regulation of the interconnection fees should be included in the new legislation in my opinion. ICASA must not back down because of this deco being thrown by the telcos.
