You need to be informed that the investigations were completed after 2 years and Magda Shemmans, head of Procurement amongst other suspended officials, were not implied in irregularities. You need to understand that suspension of officials not necessarily imply that they are guilty of fraudulent or irregular activities. All allegations or charges against me, Magda Shemmans, were withdrawn by the Department of Home Affairs in 2009 already and I decided to take a severance package because of the broken trust between myself and Misimang, who by the way, has left the Department of Home Affairs in the mean time.
