I have two 12000 BTU LG Invertor A/C (Split)

They were installed 4/5 years ago. So far I just being cleaning the filters on a regular basis. It still work as fine as the day the A/C was installed.

What does an air-con service entail? What is different from the cleaning of filters that I do?

Additionally, where can I purchase 3M filter (Air Cleaning Filter)? Google is letting me down. Tried searching on the 3M website.

The HEPA filters need to be replaced every 10 years, or less if your outside environment is very dirty.
