Interested in LTE now that ADSL/VDSL is disappearing? Well do yourself a favour and give Home Cloud Solutions (https://www.homecloudsolutions.co.za) a big skip in your search.
Their advertised speeds and pricing make them look like a sure choice but as often is the case in SA when it comes to delivering on promises, they are sadly lacking... way lacking... way, way lacking... in all aspects - their connection speeds, their connection reliability and most importantly their customer service.
So please don't waste your time and be fooled by their flashy site pages as it's an all round terrible experience and we are cancelling three of their top LTE packages within a month of opening them.
And so the search continues for a cost-efficient, reliable LTE service provider...

Yes, there is none.

They have a 7-day cooling off return back policy (again advertised on their site). Except they also have a handy trick up their sleeves where they will keep you busy for the first 7 days with numerous back and forth delayed emails to supposedly "help" you resolve your problems. If you are still unsatisfied with the resolution(s) it is too late to cancel then and boom you are stuck with a 60 days commitment - 30 for the first month which they insist you pay upfront (and is non-refundable according to them) and another 30 for the notice month that they expect you to give.
After those first 7 days their support magically disappears and it's just too bad for you. Not a bad business model going there I suppose .

Had similar experience (they buying time), that is why I only do business with the biggest, like MTN direct, hate resellers and franchises.
