I will try to keep it short

I had Helkom at home but the line was more down than up so I cancelled my adsl.

I am now thinking of Neotel (NeoFlex) but would like to hear what others have to say about it, cause i have been reading on Hello Peter and things dont look good

I live in JHB, Strubens Valley area
