You have a point there because they bill you 1 month in advance for adsl (thats why you had to pay double rent just after installation).

Another Telkom scam, what can you expect.

Well, well, hell.

They got something right. It took only four people, two from accounts and two from the ADSL helpdesk and an hour on the phone to figure out that it was incorrect. Got a promise that my account will be credited with the R81 difference.

I know its not much, but every small victory should be treasured and maybe one day we will win the war.

Hehe work out what your phone bill was on their *free* helpline if you know what I mean

Telkom did somewhere say that the announcement was too late for this phone bill run, and that a credit for will be given on the next account.
