Vox on Vumatel fibre
Raycore router for fibre. Supplied by Vumatel.
Haplite router for wired and wireless LAN. Supplied by vox about 3/4 years ago.

I want to remove the haplite and upgrade to get stronger and wider wifi signal strength around the house and improved wifi security.

Requirements :
Wireless Access points in 2 or 3 different areas in the house.
Router with some advanced features that I can self manage on the basics.
Wifi 6
wifi security protocols WPA2/3
Guest ssid - must be able to limit access and speed.
Private ssid for all my wireless devices.

I need some recommendations for setup and equipment.

Router of your choice..

Ubiquity unifi WiFi 6 access points.. scoop does not currently have these on their website but, do have other WiFi 6 ubiquity products, so I imagine they should have them in due course..

What is your budget?

If your house doesn't have a lot of devices (like 30+) and it's large enough to need multiple access points, 802.11ax doesn't really matter and you're paying for a premium for a feature you don't need (most Wi-Fi 6 routers are quite a bit more expensive as it's a relatively new feature to up sell with).

Can you create a floor plan with measurements of your house and wall type and thickness?

Most likely two cheaper routers with beam forming should be fine, since I don't think your current router supports it https://mikrotik.com/product/RB941-2nD-TC it doesn't support 802.11ac or beam forming, so you'll see quite an improvement with just a single better one, so check floor plan size and how crowded wifi is in your area.

The raycore is not a router, it's a CPE, leave it alone.

I will not be interfering with the Raycore.

Some information that I didn’t provide

House is very old. It’s not open plan. Single floor with a ceiling. Circa 230sqm. 3 beds, Lounge, kitchen, dining room, tv room, study. It has a long passage.
Inside walls are single brick.

Devices
Cctv DVR
Raspberry pi
Samsung smart tv
Xiaomi TV box
3 x smart phones
4 x laptops

Lots of YouTube and Netflix streaming

I started looking at

Netgear Nighthawk AX8 (RAX80)
TP-Link Archer AX6000
Asus wifi 6

Something I still need to figure out.
When Swapping over from the existing haplite to the new wireless router, what will I need from vox telecom to setup the wireless router.

This is what I did, I probably should of gone all in on Ubiquity but i had the protectli box already

Get router hardware but install opensource router software i got one of these https://protectli.com/product/fw4b/ (Install Proxmox, Run opnsense and a basic linux OS for a docker server to run the unifi controller software)
Buy a decent POE switch that supports Vlans if you need it or just go unmanaged
I got one of these and it sorts out my whole flat https://unifi-flexhd.ui.com

Have you considered a mesh system? I have an old Dlink router for fibre combined with triple airties mesh kit.

Or just adding a range extender eg Linksys RE9000 MU-MIMO Range Extender? It covers 3000 m² so if placed using its spotfinder technology, should be a game changer. Or so the theory goes.

Considering one myself. Possibly with a Linksys EA9500 Max-Stream AC5400 MU-MIMO Gigabit Router.

Huawei B315 for my LTE adequate for my purposes as limited to one spot for media streaming.

PS.
