I am looking at buying a meat mincer with the sausage maker accessory.
I know where to buy natural sausage casing and quality meat to make my own boerewors.

I would like to know who here has made their own boerewors? Do you have any recipes to share?
I'm on a quest to braai the best boerie ever.

So I have a friend who makes wors for himself and loves it. His recommendation is to google a recipe, try it and then make your own recipe from there. The thing is everyone has their own taste. But what I want to know if anyone has tried both a hand wielding and a electric mincer. It is reported that a hand wielding unit is very labour-some. Would be interesting to know, the more labour-some the more time consuming it might be...
