Does anyone have a good protein bar recipe, made ones I found online using banana whey protein and oats but they tasted really dry and difficult to eat.

Has anyone found a good recipe?
 
Try adding some apple juice to make the mixture a little more moist, not sure how it will effect the shelf life though
 
YouTube is your friend.

How I make mine:

Put some natural peanut butter in the microwave for a few seconds.
Add some water and mix in with warm peanut butter.
Add whey protein, mix.
Add rolled oats, mix.
Add dried cranberries or anything else you'd like for flavour.
Shape into bars and keep in the fridge/freezer.
 
I make relatively guilt free treats like this:

1 packet dates+1 cup peanut+ 2 tablespoon cocoa powder + 1 tablespoon honey, then blend.
