Eddie Jones' appointment as England's new coach has ensured that all four "home nations" are now led by southern hemisphere coaches.

Jones, 55, was on Friday confirmed as England's new coach.

Jones is England first foreign coach in their history.

Home nations coaches:

England: Eddie Jones (Australia)
Ireland: Joe Schmidt (New Zealand)
Scotland: Vern Cotter (New Zealand)
Wales: Warren Gatland (New Zealand)

What has Joe Schmidt and Vern Cotter achieved to make them worthy of steering a national ship?

It is a sad day in any countries coaching system that the national union has so little pride in who coaches the team that they are willing to give the job to a foreigner. I mean they are New Zealanders so off course they know everything about rugby.
