home to office VPN

Hi Guys

I'm new to the ADSL setup. Just want to know how do I setup a VPN between home and the office. It will be an XP pro to XP pro file share. Have 2 seperate ADSL accounts at @lantic.net. Only need to work on some files from home.

use OPENVPN. you will be able to log on to your work/home box from the other box using remote desktop connection and do ANYTHING.

you will also need to implement dynDNS.

Is VPN or logmein a very bandwidth intensive operation as I would like to try it. Have a dobroadband 2gb account
