I've finally decided to take my pics/videos of my camera/sd card.
I have a number of avi and jpeg files is there a program that I can use to drag and drop all the files and then burn it into one dvd slideshow video?

For an Open Source Option look at VirtualDub.

Ulead makes some decent stuff...but if you want (legally) free, virtualdub is pretty decent

I use Windows Movie Maker for creating video, it's easy to use software.
