Please could someone give me some advice ~ I currently have Uncapped wifi with telkom but could use the internet just 2 days the whole month.
Is it possible to get wireless internet without having an adsl line? And, if so, who would you recommend?

3g linked to a 3g wireless router. I use telkom mobile, no issues at all.

get a other ISP mobile data is expensive compared to adsl

unless you having a problem with your line

check www.wapa.org.za for a WISP in your area.
All you need to do is enter your details and a service provider in your area will contact you.

If you don't use much data then mobile is the way to go

Thank you! Will look into that.. Can I use my current router for that? It is the Huawei Home Gateway HG532f? Or do I need a specific one? Sorry I am clueless with these things.

I think it is my line. The internet and adsl lights are off? And they said it isn't making a connection they will send a technician. Still haven't heard from anyone even after I phoned several times. Always the same story.

You will have to buy a 3G dongle and plug it into the router
