There was a place in FOurways that I wanted to buy 2 years ago, it was 1,3 mill, the other day i saw it selling for 675!!!!
Wierd that when it was expensive I just had to have it, now its the same place even better with decent tenants and parking and entertainment... that urgency is gone....
