HON - Tanking PSr ?

How do you do It I got knocked down to 1100 psr 3 months ago when i started playing this game.. and I can get any higher... always landing in games with leavers or feeders ?

any hints ?

start a new account with 1500 psr?

Only join games that are non-leaver (yellow happy face), then get good, and get PSR the proper way?
