Yup that's why we are raising this concern. People tend to dismiss or ignore it but you can't rule out the potential issues with the all-glass tailgate.

There is also a chance that it could shatter in a roll-over accident, which means you may have to replace the tailgate.

I more worried with a rear end accident and all the glass flying towards the inside.....
I suppose its tough, but Id still want some metal in the structure to protect me.

Nah modern cars have roll over protection. Its like a special safety feature. It stops the car from, you know, rolling over in the event of a rollover accident. Instead it teleports you into another dimension where rollover accidents have never been invented yet, so you are indeed safe. I read that this brio has one of those devices installed, under the seat.

If any car rolls over you will probably have to replace everything - glass, metal, plastic.
