IIRC there was a beautiful silver one they brought into the country when it first launched that the motoring mags were testing. I'll always remember that car for the fact that Senna had his imprint on the car's development and set up back in the day when McLaren Honda were near invincible.

I wish they would make new one with a bigger engine. Brilliant cars!

I saw the silver NSX this one time driven by a red haired lady (bright red artificial dye) in Midrand but the steering wheel is on the hand. The red NSX in CT is apparently owned by the Honda dealer principal. That leaves the black museum piece and the totally pimped out orange NSX, not much of a choice. Thinking of importing one from the USA at round < R300 000 purchase price (http://nsxprime.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=22) but my gut feel is our customs will slap on a R1m value on import for this 20 year old legend.

I could be wrong but as far as I know you can no longer import LHD cars into SA.

I think you're right. My bro-in-law is a metro cop here in JHB and they're forced to pull over LHD vehicles and fine them if the car's registration date is after a specific date.
