Need some advise please
I own a Samsung NU7100 55 inch smart tv. When I screen mirror from my phone(Note9), there are bluish horizontal lines that appear on the right hand side of the screen(black area of the screen). This occurs on the black part of the tv. The black area on left hand side is totally fine. Lines only appear on the right. Furthermore the lines move up and down. Picture is perfect when watching normal tv and only occurs or is noticeable when screen mirroring. Tried other phones and the results are the same which eliminates the phone as a problem.
Is this normal for the panel or do I need to log a warranty claim. TV is a year old.
Factory reset and picture reset done. TV software is up to date.
Can not find anything online relating to this.
Any ideas?
