When they couldn't finish the activation of the OTN on Monday, they just left. Rescheduled for Wednesday, by phoning Wednesday. Rushed home only for them not to pitch. Called back later on Wednesday, rescheduled for today at 9am. Didn't pitch. Cancellation for a line that was never activated seems to be quicker.

It's been 15 days since placing the order. Building already had fibre line.
