so not sure if Vox/Stage zero has a rep here? apparently cant DM them on X as I'm not verified or something???
long story short, cancelled my Fibre package in Feb, handed back everything UPS Router everything,
BUT VOX continued to bill me for the UPS only, even though I handed it back in Feb already,
(wasn't much, like 100 odd rand)
I paid for at least 4 months for a non existent UPS, up until the dude from stage Zero (the UPS division) tries to convince me to renew,
even if the UPS is a standard off the shelf model you get for 600 bucks once off, like WTF, honestly.... thing barely lasted a bout of Load shedding
dude tried to reduce the amount I'm paying to 60 per month for a crappy UPS, still said no,
and now the fun starts, tried to cancel, wanted proof I handed everything back,
then CC'd me in 100 mails with zero response from 100 different useless people who all passed me around their useless company,
all to no avail, eventually one dude says screw you we dont owe you nothing,
but they do, I paid at least 4 months for a non-existent UPS, because their crappy systems and crappy courier didn't log my return properly.
hoping somebody can give me a decent answer who to reach out to, otherwise small claims court maybe?
got video evidence of the courier accepting my UPS and all that, its just they didn't do a good job of logging it properly into the system,
and it continued to bill me because they are love passing the buck around
