How to host Warcraft III with billion 7401 router

Create static-ip

First

1. Start > Run > cmd


2. Type in ipconfig /all and hit enter (Remember this Info)


3. Now go to Control Panel > network connections > right click local area connection > Properties


4. click internet Protocol and then properties


5. Click the “Use the following IP address”
6. And from the cmd window type in your ip, Subnet mask, default gateway
7. Click the “Use following DNS server addresses and fill in the Preferred DNS from the cmd window
8. Click ok.

Port Forward

1. Open internet explorer and type your default gateway in at the address bar.
2. It wil open your routers home page username usually admin and password also admin


3. Go to configuration > virtual server


4. click the add virtual server and enter the following.

Time Schedule: Always On
Application: Anything
Protocol: tcp/udp
External Port: 6112 – 6119 (This is for War3)
Redirect Port: 6112 – 6119 (This is for War3)
Internal IP address: Your ip address from the cmd window

5. click apply
6. click save config
7. Remember to turn off your firewall!!
