Some advice / input / experiences, if possible, would be appreciated.

We are looking to move our servers to a new datacenter / ISP. We deliver our software as a service (SaAS) to our international client base. We require a flexible yet ultra stable / reliable environment to house our systems. Going over to new physical kit, or going the virtualized route are both considerations.
Concerns include datacenter infrastructure performance, ISP cost and possible "lock-in" and scope for expanding.

Feedback on this would be greatly appreciated!

May I ask what location the SaaS users are from? The reason I ask is it may be better to get infrastructure from their country or abroad, rather than have our high latencies for them.

Vox DataPro, any particular reason or motivation for suggesting Datapro? Have you had exposure and compared them to other service providers in Cape Town?

RavenServers - our clienbase are predominantly large corporates and enterprises in South Africa but we have a number of clients across europe & the east.
