Hi All,

What would your thoughts be on having everything hosted, the active directory server, the PABX as well as any additional needs.

The downfall would be if the internet line goes down then all services are down, however with redundancy, this will be minimal.

How does active directory through Azure work?

How would you join a domain that is hosted, this being solely hosted and not a hybrid active directory server, would it be a better idea to keep it local?

keep it local, at least AD.. at the very least keep a read only DC local to allow for authentication if something happens.. your internet line going down is one of only a few things that could go wrong.. the dc where your hosted solutions sits lose network connectivity.. you host overseas and a cable breaks.. etc etc..

Thank you very much.

Will keep the AD server local and have everything else hosted as well as a copy of the AD server hosted.
