Hosting a Flash website

It is sad that it is on this forum that I have to reveal my total lack of knowledge about both Flash and web hosting.

A friend and I want to host a website built in Flash. Most of the hosting companies will say they support PHP and MySQL or whatever else, but I haven't seen any specifically saying they host Flash.

As far as I know Flash only has to be installed on the person visiting the sites machine, other than that you can upload it via normal FTP and it'll work on any host... Is that correct or am I even dumber than I thought?

Yes that is correct. Just make sure that your host allows you to upload .swf files, but I'm almost guaranteed that they do.

First off, that is definitely no dumb question.

Most hosts should support Flash as well a almost all browsers these days. Let me know if you're interested in any specific hosting requirements.
