Hosting a Left 4 Dead server?

hey guys, will i be able to host a left 4 dead server for me and a few friends on a 4mbps unshapped line without any problems?

and whats the latency to international servers using axxess unshapped prepaid?

First up - why host? There's local servers for all the standard game modes.

Should be fine, I've hosted a couple of times.

First up - why host? There's local servers for all the standard game modes.

I and others have hosted when updates are released and the local servers have not yet updated. It usually only takes a couple hours though, but when the survival update came out, we were itching to try it out.

Also, you might want to host your own if you plan on running any mods, or custom maps.

well sometimes the versus servers are full and i'm so tired of co-op....
i just want to know if i'll be able to play on some international servers seeing that im buying the best line i can get.
