Howzit guys, iv got a problem..

i recently had to change my hosting provider for a site of mine and did a DNS change about 3 days ago.The site is www.indrabi-designs.co.za.

The Problem is when i ping the hostname from my pc it still cant resolve the hostname but when i ping it from a website i found on google that resolves hostnames it is fine..i tried flushing the dns on my pc but with no luck..

I also got a confirmed update from .co.za that the domain's nameservers have been changed successfully.
So how do i get this sorted??

thanks

Use NSLOOKUP to determine what the nameservers you are using say.

Then, if the nameservers you are using do not have the info of your website listed, you're going to have to contact the ISP that told you to use the nameservers and ask them what's wrong with their Nameserver update procedures.
But, if the nameservers you are using do have the info of your website listed, then the problem is your PC.

Either way, adding the website to your hosts file will enable you to work around the problem for now.

get rid of the "under construction" looks unprofessional and conveys the message you couldn't be bothered to do anything with your site

Hehe, if you use under construction signs, at least have the decency to use some scrolling marque text and blink tags :D
