Hosting - Spam Experts conf.

Need some advice/help/guidance.

I have scoured the net for help, but none of the tricks work on Afrihost. I get a daily report of all the spam emails Spam Expert has captured....

I have contacted Afrihost several times, but end up speaking to inept text book readers who have no clue what I am trying to convey

I listed/added certain keywords, like "viagra", "manhood", etc., I want the Spam Experts to delete the emails with certain keywords, about 50 emails a day, then I can concentrate on the 3 or 4 emails that look legit that remain in the Spam box.

Can this be done or must I choose another ISP who can configure their systems to do just this?

on SpamAssassin it's called a "stop word" - I'm sure all email spam filters have something similar and that your ISPs support agents are just inept...

You could also maybe try a rule to move all emails with a wordlist into a different folder or something

Thanks for that suggestion, not finding "stop word" on Spam Experts unless I am not looking in the right place but since have found this entry in the Menu: "Customise actions" and they speak of Python expressions which has got me learning new stuff.

Customise actions: If you wish to customise what happens to particular messages (for example, do not quarantine phishes, or blackhole large messages), you can create those rules here.
