Hosting status 2018/11/04 6pm-ish

Dear Afrihost,

Have not been able to get emails since about 18h00 on my Afrihost hosted domain, and my site seems down as well. Just checking if I am the only one as your status page says all good in the hood?

Not concerned about the webpage, but my email not being refreshed is a concern.

Afrihost automagically renew mine annually, but I did a whois check now as you suggested to be sure, and its not expired.

i don't know whether its only me or more having the experience like me?
I have a strange problem. in my afrihost domain i got only 27 email user. if one of them send mail to other its strait go to junk mail!!! but if same user send mail to other's not in my domain users its not going on junk??? i scan all the pc in my network also the server. and there is antivirus on, i need to solv the problem but how???

This sounds really odd. It could be a simple case of that one person being marked as spam on the one profile. Have you tried to mark it as 'Not Junk'?
