About five years ago , I experiences a medical emergency where I had a perforated appendix, got medivaced out , operated on, survived...
About a year back, I could feel my appendix stump, did not bother me, once in a blue moon, it might have felt a wee bit awkward..... but no pain...
Since last week Friday, I have been having hot flashes below the Appendix scar..... a feeling like somebody is pouring lukewarm water on the area, it last for a second or two then goes away... only to return a few minutes later.
It matters not if I am moving , lying down, swimming..... standing.... it just pops in and goes...
As I said no pain, but I need peace of mind...
Went down to me old Old Old Doc, who mumbled something, told me there be a specialist coming in on Wednesday and that I should see him..... he also sent me for a white blood count...
So now I have 48 hours of waiting, me an my little mind feck of a hotspot...
Anyone else out there ever experience this?
