Hotel prices question.

My cousin asked me to check some hotel prices on specific dates for his planned trip to Cape Town. It'll be two people for the trip, so I decide to use Booking.com

I first searched for separate rooms for each person and then 1 room for both of them. The results were:

So it shows them sharing will save them half but this is where I'm unsure about something. Is the R11,608 for both of them or is it per-person-sharing? The website doesn't state.
 
The amount is the full price not per person, as long as you ensured that you stated the correct amount of ppl upfront.

Typically sharing is cheaper... way cheaper. Just get rooms with 2xbeds then each in their own bed etc... some hotels even do 3-4 beds a room

Just wanted to be sure. It's better to ask a silly question and have people think you're an idiot than to save yourself from embarrassment but end up paying for it with money... Literally.

That made more sense in my head.
