House addition structure

Struggling how to frame this structure. See images below. It adds a more functional staircase to the house connecting the two levels

Not sure what your question is. The new addition will be a 230 masonry with a box gutter and downpipe that runs parralel with the new sliding door. Down pipe will go down into the new planter. Existing roof will run down into new addition. Be careful of box gutters though as they tend to leek. Better to have external gutters. I understand that the decision to do so is probbaly for aesthetics.
