Not sure of this affects the PS3 also, but I've set up and used a proxy in the past to speed up downloads for my PS3.

Does not seem to work anymore. Other devices can connect to my CCProxy setup, but my PS4!

Not sure lower latencies will make such a big difference if they still throttle the throughput
