How accurate is Rains LTE schedule?

So something that has been bothering me for a few days now,

How accurate is Rain in deciding what is peak usage vs off peak usage.

Got my router on a off peak unlimited
And noticed many times I get charged for peak, even though mine is on a timer, that can't switch on outside of the off peak periods.

I have noticed that it varies by a small amount. Sometimes it switches off/on after a minute or two. So it's very likely that it used your peak data after 11PM for a minute before it switched over to off-peak.
