How Afrihost shapes ADSL

I have a small capped account with Afrihost for gaming... lets hope they don't shape that.
 
Ughh. I want to write a long novel about why Afrihost is wrong (Payne and Art specifically) but I can't be bothered right now.
 
So what that graph actually shows just confirms what was said the the AF threads, AF does not have the capacity and pretty much permanently runs at 90% and above of what their ability is.
