visp is expensive, take for instance saix. If I want to resell saix accounts at wholesale cost, I need to have a minimum of 64k diginet from them to be allowed just that. Allready no customers and I need to pay about R4000 a month. Now You need to resell these accounts with a small margin and hope 1000 users jump on so you can cover just the initial cost.
