How big is bread price scam?

Saw it on the news.. I am impressed the CC came in and is slapping a heavy fine on them, no luck vs Telkom tho. I guess they shoulda got some gov investors or two

At least they are actually doing something about it, I'm quite sure there's some price fixing going on in the automobile industry (and some others also) as well but I think the government just turns a blind eye because the majority of their voters aren't worried about it.
 
The best is Tiger Brands now says that they didn't make a profit out of price fixing. How thick do they think we are?
