How can i change my IP?

I useing adsl. my isp's range ip is between xxx.xxx.177.1 and xxx.xxx.177.255 .
my ip change every 24 hours, Now how i can change my ip manually in the range?

What exactly do you want to change it for?

Because most remote hosts won't see your assigned IP anyway... They'll just see the proxy that your traffic is being routed through by IS or SAIX.

This sounds a bit dodgy you know. I have Never had the need to change my IP every 10 minutes for ANYTHING before. The only thing that came remotely close, was when I needed to 'change' my IP for rapidshare - but that was not every 10 minutes! (and there is other, Easier methods)
