When you see them build a platform next to the UMC and put up a MSAN/ISAM then you can get excited until then unfortunatly you are stuck with 4 meg.

Relax boet nothing wrong with 4 meg and hopefully soon you will be able to get 20 meg.
Many people are not so fortunate to have a UMC close by and get 4 meg.

All UMCs and exchanges will be changed to MSAN/ISAM .The whole system is being changed to soft switch no more EWSD/ e10 so to answer your question all will be changed and are on a planning roster, when is another story ask MickeyD .
