how can i share iburst usb modem with a semiens router

dear all

i have usb modem (iburst) conected to my desktop for internet plus i have a SIEMENS SE567 router connected to the same desktop.... i wonder if i can use this router to share the iburst internet connection so i can connect my laptob wirelessly to this router but using iburst internet connection...

so mainly... i want my router to act as a gateway to give me internet from iburst, i dont want my router to dial a connection or anything of that,

i hope u get my point, and i would love a detailed explination cause i have little information in networking....

Install http://www.analogx.com/contents/download/Network/proxy/Freeware.htm on your machine with iburst usb modem then set the proxy address (internet explorer, msn, download apps etc all have options to use a proxy server) on your other machines to be the machines ip and port (6588 for http the last time i used this app) with the usb modem connected.

i want to use internet for my other machines thru the wifi of my router not thru cable, does this method apply for it too...

its like i want my router to get internet from iburst usb modem and spread it in the room wirelessly via my router which connected thru ethernet cable in the same desktop as my iburst usb modem is.... its like i want to make my desktop a station for sending internet into the room...wirelssly
