How can MTN Supersonic still be operating?

After around 25 minutes, my call was answered and it took the lady 3 minutes to establish that, according to their records, the person responsible for the cancellation still needs to call me (as I told her).

This... I really HATE calling and would much rather prefer to do everything online - cancellations, package upgrades/downgrades, Top-Ups, and even billing and/or account queries!

Maybe if they put more time and/or thought into their online systems it would've been a much better experience...
 
I've learnt the hard way after many years of using different ISP's that I will never ever do business with an ISP that does not have an automatic "Cancel" button in their control panel. Never trust an ISP that does not allow you to cancel their products automatically with the click of a button from their control panel.
