How can you explain this? 2 different VC airtime balances

Ok, so I have no airtime. Zero. I recharge with R110. I get a sms saying I have R110 airtime. I transfer R29. The SMS confirming the recharge says my balance is R79.00

R110 less R29 is R81 Where did the R2 go?

I log onto the vodacom.co.za site. It tells me my balance is R81.

What is going on?

^this is most likely the cause. VC needs to grease the palms of the ANC so they treat them nice
