How convert to prepaid elec (CT)

Morning all,

we want to install a prepaid electricity meter in our rental property (sectional title).
Has anyone done this recently and have an idea of the costs/ process? Perhaps my gogling skills are letting me down, but haven't found anything that useful online.

Also, I see City of Cape Town is rolling out prepaid installations over the next few years. Our suburb is only on the list for 2018, so we don't want to wait that long. Still interested in how that's working though - anyone benefited from it yet?
