How desperate are these clowns?

Seems like this is just a stab in the dark. Wouldn’t be surprised if all the units in the complex got this - even the empty ones.

So if you have had a TV for 4 or more years and get "nailed" with the "penalty plus fees" still cheaper than paying every year.... incentive

Government clears path for TV licence changes in South Africa

or claim to be a long lost relative of Zuma,
Zuma had many wives so its possible one of them was another colour.
Zuma has many wifes, true, but I think too many claims will be put in for that one.

What's bizarre is that there is actually no way to buy a TV license online. If you want to "do the right thing", you have to physically go into a store and buy one that way. The online portal only allows you to register if you already have a TV license. You would think that they would have a way for someone who has never had a TV license to buy one online.

what did you expect? its all a money making scheme of the ANC,
just like Etolls, its all for enrichment of the cadres, always has been and always will be.
(don't complain, majority happily voted ANC)

also Digital things and the ANC aren't exactly friends,
I mean HA uses ADSL lines and Government websites are done by the ANC mayor's 12 year old Son/Daughter.
