Ask her what time she finishes her shift, then ask her what she does usually when she gets home after a long shift, then ask her if she wants to do something different for go out for drinks/coffee etc.

Though the fact you already bought a painting from her does change the dynamic, you maybe outed as a simp.

You could try Compliment, Introduction, Question:

"Hi, you look really nice today/something nice about hair/outfit/paintings. I'm @backstreetboy, how would you feel about going out for coffee with me sometime?"

Note also the question above is an open question (how would you feel..., not do you want to....) so it invites a more expressive response, not a straight yes/no.
