Is RIFT buyable from any stores in Cape Town?

I downloaded it and I am enjoying it, but can only play to level 20. I want to buy the game and it's only $4.99 on the official website.

That's like... R35?

I need to buy it online though, how?

I have a debit card, can I do it?


Oh and before anyone points it out, yes I know my internet doesn't have any swag.

There's a service where you can buy a one time credit card number, and pay for it with your debit card. I'm sure someone will post a link here. I just can't think of the name.
