Dear Telkom Mobile rep
I recently signed up for a Telkom mobile Home LTE contract. I am out of the 14 days period unfortunately.
I would still like to cancell this contract due to the following reason. When I signed up, I was told that I will be able to get up to 60mb download speeds, however, even allthough have full signall, I have not seen anything above 30! I don't think that the extra R200 (I currently have a promo 5 as well) is worth it.
I was also not aware that I could use my current promo 5 on LTE, I could have simply bought a LTE modem.
I have send a mail to retain but they Re not responding.
