Question to Neotel Rep / anyone who has done this before:

How do I change my dial-up password? Is there an online admin page where I can do this? Or do I <sigh> have to phone the call center?

There's no point in changing your dial up password. As far as I know, it has little to do with authenticating you on the network. Your IMSI number (I think that's the acronym), your username and password all need to match your profile on Neotel's servers before you can be authenticated.

In order for anyone else to use your account they must have your specific device.
