How do I check detailed data usage?

Bit of a noob here my apoplogies, but im currently using the telkom tracker site and it only shows my usage by percentage is there any other site that shows detailed data usage by mb, bytes or gigs? Cheers guys

To see up to date stats I think you have to terminate your session (ie unplug router for 5min or so) but I could be wrong.
