I hope someone here can help me. I've acquired 2 contracts (1 Voice - with data and 1 Data under 1 account) from MTN. I have registered on MTN Active/mycontract. I can see my voice contract details, but there is no data contract showing and as a result can't see my data balance. To check the data balance I have to take the sim out of the 3G modem and put in my phone and then dial *141*1#.
Now I have phoned MTN many times on different numbers. I have sent mail to customer care. I've went to the MTN shop. All without any luck. Worst service ever. No one at MTN can help me.
